I share a lot of free content because I want survivors to understand narcissistic abuse,
recognize the patterns, and know that what they experienced has a name.
But narcissistic abuse is complex and deeply personal.
Your story deserves to be understood in its own context.
And your healing deserves support that meets you where you are.
Working with a narcissistic abuse specialist will not only help you understand what happened,
but ultimately help you heal, rebuild yourself and move forward with confidence and clarity.
if you’ve been following me and ever thought: “I wish she could be my therapist.”
I can be!

I’m a licensed therapist and narcissistic abuse specialist, and I’ve been through a narcissistic abuse relationship myself. I know how confusing it can be to look back at your relationship and wonder how you got here.
Maybe you feel like a different person than you used to be. Maybe you’re questioning whether what you experienced was really abuse. Maybe you’ve left, but you’re still struggling with the emotional impact. If you’re feeling stuck, lost, or unsure of what comes next, you’re not alone.
Because I’ve lived through narcissistic abuse myself, I know how important it is to have someone who truly listens without judgment.
As a therapist specializing in narcissistic abuse, I can help you make sense of your experience while giving you a safe space to talk about the things you may not feel comfortable sharing anywhere else. Things that non-trauma-informed therapists may misunderstand, dismiss, minimize.
You don’t have to have the right words or know exactly what you need. I'll meet you where you are.
I’m here to listen, support you, and help you take the next step in your healing.
You don’t have to be actively leaving a relationship. You don’t even have to know whether what you experienced “counts” as abuse.
You might be:

Making sense of what happened
Untangling the relationship dynamics and understanding why things felt so confusing.

Breaking the emotional attachment
Working through the pull to go back, the trauma bond, and the emotional attachment that can remain through memories, intimacy, sex, or hope that things will change.

Learning to trust yourself again
Moving past the constant second-guessing and rebuilding confidence in your own feelings, decisions, and instincts.

Finding healthy love
Understanding what healthy relationships look and feel like so you can build connections based on trust, respect, safety, and mutuality.

Rebuilding your sense of self
Reconnecting with who you were before the relationship and figuring out who you want to be now.

Healing from family relationships
Exploring how growing up with a narcissistic or emotionally abusive parent may have shaped your relationships, boundaries, and sense of self.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before we begin.
We can start where you are and work through it together.
